In order to make our processes even more forward-looking, our furniture will soon be delivered to you in packaging that is completely free of polystyrene. The new packaging is designed to combine our commitment to reducing plastic waste with safe transport. We have launched the conversion project and the changeover is expected to be complete in the course of 2026. The changeover is currently being implemented and will be completed in the course of 2026.

After thorough development, we are now able to present our OPTIbad bathroom furniture series featuring the latest technology. The brand new plug-in connection technology combines easy assembly with stable quality. The design is very intuitive and easy to understand, even without assembly instructions. On average, the intuitive and quick assembly process takes only about a third of the time previously required. Nevertheless, the cabinets remain just as sturdy. For less stress and more time for yourself.

Our new flat-pack bathroom furniture combines clever construction with minimalist design. All the advantages of JAKA-BKL are brought together in our new OPTIbad range. The new connection technology offers faster, easier and virtually tool-free assembly while maintaining the same high load-bearing capacity. This significantly reduces assembly time, meaning that on average you only need a third of the time previously required.
The OPTIbad range now comprises five programmes in a modern, minimalist style. It impresses with its convenient technology featuring soft-close clip hinges and drawers. The range is complemented by mirror cabinets including surface-mounted lights and interior mirrors. Perfect for your individual grooming routine.
The new ranges offer a wide variety of customisation options for every customer. With a washbasin already present, the new bathroom furniture can be flexibly mounted either standing or hanging. Alternatively, we offer durable ceramic furniture washbasins, which are complemented by modern hanging bathroom furniture.

At our 2025 in-house exhibition, we welcomed our customers with our new developments under the motto ‘OPTIFIT GOES GREEN’.
Not only did we design the exhibition to reflect our motto visually, but we also presented our new achievements in terms of sustainability and our future-oriented developments.
In the spirit of sustainability, our components were tested for emissions this year and we received the german eco-label 'Blauer Engel' from RAL gGmbH. At the same time, we are working on switching to polystyrene-free packaging. This change offers a wide range of advantages. Not only is the packaging more resource-efficient thanks to the use of at least 85% recycled material, it is also easier to recycle and ensures safe transport from the warehouse to the customer.
We also focused on our new developments in flat-pack bathroom furniture. We were able to present five ranges with many special features this year. The biggest advantage is probably the simple and quick assembly, which has impressed many customers. The furniture can now be assembled up to three times faster. Furthermore, the new ranges stand out thanks to their robust furniture components, high-quality appearance, soft-close technology, individual assembly and interior mirrors in our mirror cabinets.
We were also able to showcase new additions to the existing range in our showroom. We have expanded our range with two new designs featuring modern and classic touches. Thanks to new kitchen planning, we were also able to present practical and stylish island solutions.
Our showroom is open to visitors all year round. Please feel free to arrange an appointment with us.

This year, JAKA-BKL GmbH received the german eco-label ‘Blauer Engel’ from RAL gGmbH. Over the course of the year, a large number of our components were thoroughly tested for emissions. Among other things, our components were tested for the sustainable origin of the wood, the release of pollutants and low emissions for good indoor air quality. To support long product use and resource conservation, spare parts are also available for at least five years. To come full circle, recyclability was also examined through a recycling-friendly design and packaging consisting of 85% recycled material. Following extensive testing, we can now officially announce that our low-emission furniture meets the high requirements of the ‘Blauer Engel’ label and has been certified as particularly environmentally friendly. Our furniture therefore stands for low pollutant emissions, a healthy indoor climate and resource-saving materials.
